"protect the INDIVIDUAL from being grouped in with people to whom he/she does not belong." Wow! You got something right. However, the rockets are usually fired by one or more of: Hamas, Fatah & IJ. In addition, the PA govt does nothing to stop the firing, making itself complicit. As the government of the Pals is involved in firing the rockets and taking no actions to enforce peace, it is a collective violation and collective punishment is wrong. That JB tries to separate strong Pal support for terrorist organizations, electing them overwhelmingly to their government, from having to take responsibility for their actions is no excuse. What's "reprehensible", JB, is your hate that provides you with the ability to constantly lie and distort. It's also very JB.
