ago I referenced Myron Benvenisti's article in Haaretz concerning the destruction of muslim holy sites. In that piece he mentions that some conscientious israeli archeologists protested because some of these sites contain inscriptions dating back to the Romans.Clearly,he meant(so did I) that archeological sites have all sorts of artefacts and relics which have inscriptions. He did not mean that any given mosque had an inscription on its walls! Some posters said I was a liar etc. since islam came afer Rome etc. I wondered if it was fading eyesight or simple failure of the neurons firing(you know that can happen in advanced age)! Similar situation here.I got the drift of what you were saying.BTW I found the references to Hellenistic sources interesting.Take heart, some pathological conditions and biological changes to the central nervous system are a fact of nature and our poster today is a good illustration of that.
