    if the arabs wanted to raise the price of their oil; they'd raise the price of their oil. hmmmm...as a matter of fact; it seems like it was just last week when chavez of venezuela tried to get them to do just that. they told him to "shut up". or wait...maybe it was the king of spain who told him that. either way; the members of opec nixed his suggestion. gotta remember, babe...it's not to their benefit to force the alternative fuel issue...cuz once their price reaches that threshold; they're out of business.
