    2) Jewish ethics DO say, "choose life." They GO ON to say, "And that which is hateful to you. do not do to another." THAT is the key to living together-- there is no other. 3) Why would keeping store open on Shabbas create anarchy? Most of the world's countries do that. The religious can stay home, The seculars can avail themselves of the choice of shopping. 4) Israel's WORST problem is the occuption-- NOT whether or not the stores are open on Shabbas. Fix THAT.
