Quite right, the opposing lawyers partisan views of the decision are not the same as the actual decision itself, and was far off the mark in this case. But don't expect Reuters to deliver the truth, they're after the most anti-Israel version. Surprising, with Reuters record of journalistic fraud and PhotoShopping that Haaretz editors didn't catch that -- or that they continue to use Reuters phony wireservice at all. There were other versions of the story available, such as AP or NYTimes; it was after all, a US court, not a British one, so why did Haaretz rely on a Reuters story clearly designed to mislead the reader?
