During the years that I spent in Israel, I met some women who were in the middle of conversion process. They knew more about Judaism than many persons I know, including myself. So what if a person is born in a Jewish nest, that does not mean he/she is better than the ones who converted, even if it is a liberal conversion abroad. You make it sound as if the 100%-Jew-by-birth is some kind of "uebermensch", who stands above all other Jews. I have seen how "real Jewish" immigrants behaved in Israel: they came from UK where they had their shop open on saturdays, when they moved to Israel, they got angry with their neighbours who did not observe/respect sabbath. These real Jewish immigrants make me sick.
