I find it rather absurd for the USA to try to dictate to minor arms dealing countries to stop doing what it does greater than others by a huge margin. Hezbollah did not even exist prior to the US fully supporting the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, yet the US has the unmitigated gall to point fingers at others..... Simply amazing! The US through its history has installed/supported more dictators and/or sold or provided weapons to more developing countries than any nation on the planet, and it has the nerve to point fingers at those who fight only to defend themselves from the selfish US foreign policy? If the US would simply stand up to its founding principals and stop supporting criminal regimes, it might regain the respect in the world that that it once enjoyed, but under the past administrations it has only brought itself shame and economic despair. Americans need to get educated and wake up from their stupor.
