Why were so many agents needed to take out 1 man? Well, as stated by previous commentators, the agents who were watching needed to be watched in case they were being watched OR new recruits were able to use this as a training mission, which if you think about it seems logical as they need to clock up some hours don't they? The bottom line is YES, it DOES only take one agent to kill the target but that is the EASIEST part!
