40 gr cashew nuts
40 gr shelled hazelnuts
40 gr shelled walnuts
40 gr blanched almonds
25 gr shelled pistachios
40 gr candied cherries
60 gr glucose (or honey)
10 gr butter
500 gr marzipan
powdered sugar


Roast the nuts, except the pistachios, in a 180-degree oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring them a few times. In a pot heat the glucose and butter, then add the roasted nuts, pistachios and cherries. When the mixture is warm transfer it to a tray lined with baking paper and let cool completely. Gently separate the nuts and combine them with the marzipan. Roll into small balls, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
