Airlines are preparing for a potential strike tomorrow and may change flight times in order to get planes in the air before workers shut down the airport.

The Histadrut labor federation is currently planning to launch a countrywide strike tomorrow. It would shut down Ben-Gurion International Airport, as well as government offices and other services.

Some airlines are considering having flights depart earlier than planned, or adding extra flights that leave before 6 A.M., so that passengers will not get stuck.

Internal flights, namely from Ben-Gurion to Eilat, are also expected to be affected should the strike take place.

However, it is too early to say what concrete steps the airlines will take. Many are planning to make decisions today.
