So simple, so quick. This brownie cake is great to use for icing and decorating since it rises evenly and stays fresh for a while.
1 cup cocoa
2 cup hot water
3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
2½ cup sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 cup oil
1. Dissolve cocoa in the hot water and let cool.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
3. Beat eggs, sugars and oil. Alternating the flour and cocoa mixtures, add the mixtures to the beaten eggs.
4. Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 45 minutes.
