Serve with a wrap and a salad. Drizzle with Russian dressing or tehina and it's one of the easiest dinners you'll ever prepare.

Ingredients:
2 pounds dark chicken cutlets (deboned skinned chicken bottoms), cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Instructions:
Mix the oil with the spices. Place oil mixture and chicken into a Ziploc bag. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes, or grill for 5-10 minutes until ready.
