A judge in the U.S. rejected a claim that the broadcast of an allegedly anti-Semitic song with similarities to the Disney classic "When You Wish Upon a Star," on a FOX televison show would constitute improper use.

The FOX "Family Guy" series produced an episode entitled "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" which featured a song called "I Need a Jew."

(This song contains some profanity)

The U.S. court ruled this week that the song, in a segment in which the leading character in the show looks for a Jew to manage his money, was humorous and sufficiently different in character that it didn't infringe on the rights of the owners of the Disney song.
