It's official - Chelsea Clinton to wed Jewish boyfriend
Clinton is engaged to Marc Mezvinsky, an analyst at Goldman Sachs and the son of former U.S. congressmen.

Clinton is set to marry her Jewish boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky, ABC News reported on Monday.
Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and current Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, met Mezvinsky when both were teenagers in Washington, according to reports. They also both attended Stanford University in California.
The couple sent an e-mail to friends Friday announcing the news, saying they were looking at a possible wedding next summer. Matt McKenna, a spokesman for the former president, confirmed the engagement Monday.
Mezvinsky is a son of former Pennsylvania Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky and former Iowa Rep. Ed Mezvinsky, longtime friends of the Clintons. Ed Mezvinsky was released from federal prison last year after serving a nearly five-year sentence for wire and bank fraud.
Margolies-Mezvinsky served just one term in Congress before losing her seat in 1994 after voting in favor of President Clinton's 1993 budget, which was controversial at the time.
At the State Department Monday, Hillary Clinton had one brief encounter with reporters but took no questions. Later, her spokesman, Ian C. Kelly, was asked about the reported engagement but said it would be inappropriate for him to comment.

If you would live in Israel you would understand how ridiculous your statement is. Here in Israel we have people who are Jews from all over the world just as in America, black & white. Would you say "She looks American"? Does Barak Obama look like Bill Clinton. Does the Yemenite Israeli Jew look like the Russian Israeli Jew. This perception of looking "Jewish" is something that has caused no end of trouble in Israel. But now that Israeli Jews from all parts of the globe are marrying each other, and having children. I'm glad to say this preconception is dying.
although Ed served in jail for fraud Clinton family has not objection for marriage.They know that also they could stay in jail and is a miracle that they are not there.however Bill's war in Yugoslavia makes him a very deserving person.
What?s up with all of those wealthy American Christian girls marrying American Jews. It was the Trump girl last month and now Chelsea. Muslim Americans can be a lot of fun too. So what if I am broke, that makes wealth doubly appreciated in deed indeed.
I think Clintons have some sort of interesting attraction... Chelsea - her boyfriend, El Presidente - Ms. L., and our Secretary of State - a career as a senator from New York.
Thanks but no thanks in response to Clinton's becoming Jewish. We have to many far leftist loons already we don't need to recruit more. As for the engagement who really cares..they are nothing to me. I care about the clintons as much as they care about me and that is a big nothing.
Hopefully, one of them will change his/her mind before another Jewish soul would be lost to intermarriage.
