Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Yields: 2 servings
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ketchup
1. Warm the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes until liquids reduce.
3. Add the paprika, salt and ketchup.
4. Add two whole eggs. With a teaspoon, mix in the whites until they turn white. Cover the pan for two minutes and it’s done.
