Prepare this snack in 5 minutes and you'll have something to nosh on all week long.

Ingredients:
3 cup rolled oats
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
½ cup raw pecans (chopped)
½ cup slivered almonds (plain)
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup wheat germ
½ cup oil
½ cup honey

Directions:
1. Measure all ingredients into a 9x13-inch pan. Mix well.
2. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, mixing well every 15 minutes.
