You can use whole wheat flour to make these muffins more wholesome. They are delicious and easy.

Ingredients:
1½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
6 tbsp oil
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk, soy milk or orange juice
1 cup fresh blueberries
Struesel:
½ stick margarine (2 oz margarine)
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 380ᵒF.
2. Mix oil and sugar, whisk in egg, vanilla and milk.
3. Add dry ingredients and fold in blueberries.
4. Mix streusel ingredients until it forms a crumble.
5. Pour into muffin cases. And sprinkle streusel on top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
