The Claims Conference should return all the money to the German authority. i am sure that no money will be stolen and the help will arrive on time. I fell and was paralyzed from neck down. how can such a thing happen when there is hundreds of millions of dollars flosting in various foundations, banks etc and foundation leaders(not all mind you) make a very good living.
