Trials slow the operation of law. A crime such as genocide needs instant
revenge. Years in court will only result in less convictions due to
sickness and death of the old perpetrators.
What's your alternative? I hope that even you would call for finding a
person guilty of a serious offense on hearsay evidence with no trial.
Although as I remember you DO have no problem with administrative
detention, so maybe you do.
Can be applied to all soldiers that restricted civilian movement out of
Gaza during Cast Lead. Very slippery slope.
They will also be sheltered by the state of Israel itself
Not too long ago Israel refused to extradite to Poland a Communist
official who killed a number of people while running a concentration
camp because he is Jewish.
this is good, they will develop their techniques to capture hiding
israeli war criminals in the future. oh how ironic it will be!
why is it that we have to pay to read an article from the Israil News,
if they want to charge us then dont print it, also I will remind the
Jews that there were six million catholics slaughtered during the
holicost, but I dont see any mention of them WHY ???
The fact that millions of Catholics and also many others were killed in
WW2 is truly a terrible thing. However, the horrible thing about the
holocaust was that it was a deliberate, systematic and organized attempt
to wipe out all the Jews of Europe and then the worl,d driven by the
racist.ideology of the Nazis There was no deliberatedeliberate,
systematic and organized to wipe out the Catholic community of Europe.
Indeed, Catholic Italy was Germany's ally during the war.
Catholic Italy was Germany's ally, but don't make too big a thing of it
- we were the ally of Stalin and Chiang Kai-shek.
haven't "rocked the boat" altough without any doubt some of
their closest family members must have perished there. What the Ultra
Progressive NYC has to say on the subject ?
Probably some of that was tied in with our fight against Stalin and the
Comintern. If the people involved helped us in the Cold War, we had to
overlook some. It is interesting that there was the (well-deserved)
drive to get them but no interest at all in getting the USSR people who
killed tens of million people.
themselves killed by the new generation of Stalin's henchmen. Abakumow
known from the "Last Circle" was killed together with Beria
after Stalin's death(caused perhaps by Beria). There was also a
significal difference ,depicted by A.Weissberg in "The
Accused".The author spent time in Stalin's prison to be transferred
to a Nazi one .In the Russian one inmates could throw things at the
guardians from the cells, well knowing the quards were strictly
prohibited by regulations from entering the cells and exacting
revenge. They strictly followed orders and would without hesitation kill
the inmates if the order came, but no such order was given concerning the
immediate situation. In the Nazi prison this would be unthinkable, the
inmates would be killed immediately by the quards being thrown things
Typical A S nonsense. They died because of having joined a criminal
enterprise which had a history of killing its membersThey knew what
happened to the apparatchiki in the 30's and took the risk that it
wouldn't happen to them. As to the comparison of Soviet to Nazi prisons,
it speaks to your basic humanity and love of justice that you defend a
group that killed tens of millions of its own countrymen. I would have
expected no less of you.
German investigators are totally meschugge .Hey, we have 2013 !! Is
Roland Freisler still living and working as german investigator ??
We all know the past , there is nothing to uncover anymore.Look to the
future,it could be more important.
