German Jewish leader tells Haaretz: Anti-Semitism mounting in my country

People in general are critical of Israels occupation and settlement policy and the lack of Israeli leadership in pursuing a policy of peaceful coexistence with its neighbours.In the same way people are crtitical to Germany's Central Jewish Council support of such policies. German Jewish leadership critizised the Jewish intellectual Judith Butler because she is also an opponent of the Israeli occupation policy and was awarded a price for her work as an intellectual.That is all and has nothing to do with mounting anti-semitism.

If Kramer feels unsafe in Germany ,he should get out. Germany today is Israel's best friend in Europe.

We have anti-semitism in the fringes of the Argentine society.Argentina is the country with the largest Jewish community in Latin America and its current Govenrment is aligning with Venezuela and having dialogues with Iran. Any time a news regarding an Israel move is published, we get scores of anti semitic slurs on the newspapers talkbacks. Some of them are frigthening

Then court decision was for one single case and the family was muslim. And the doctor was accused not the family! Come finally down to earth!

Yes, Jewish life is not easy in Germany just like anywhere else on this planez - also in Israel! But this guy makes me ashamed of being a German Jew! He ridicules the German Jewish community by running around with a gun! Who does he think he is?! Bad publicity that's what he is! I've lived in Germany all my life and have always felt safe! He is the one sowing fear among the Jews here. A fear that in many ways is unnecessary! Stephan Kramer shame on YOU!

It's not just Germany it's rising but it is occurring globally and the reason for that is what ever Israel does reflects badly on the diaspora. Israel does not get it. Pushing ahead with settlements illegally and continuing the Occupation is a serious affront to the rest of the world. It is time Israel pulled its head in and joined the rest of the World. That land declared as the State of Israel in 1948 is all Israel needs for its people. It needs to leave the Palestinian land alone. Saying they rejected a state in 1948 to deny them a state now is rubbish. Jews rejected a state under the British Mandate because they would have been part of Palestine....then they rejected the Peel Commission. On that basis you could say the Arabs were within their rights to deny Israel becoming a state.

A good example is the "Courage-price" that goes to the Lausitzer Rundschau. Lea Rosh wants to make herself more important. There are a lot of "Neonazis" in Eastern Germany but they are nationalistic and no Jew-haters. It is a dangerous game, see the circumcision-debate. Germany is not the only country with such a debate that argues like the Nazis in 1933, Sweden etc...

... and what else did you expect with provocateurs like Stephan Kramer, the ZdJ bouncer?

Israel has ripped the Germans of billions of dollars and does not plan to stop ripping them. You can't expect sympathy. And when the current generation of politicians push off in ten years or so....... I leave the rest to your imagination.
