WATCH: Israel's Moran Atias goes solo for abductees in Times Square
Moran Atias, one of Israel's top international models and a successful Hollywood actress, stood alone in Times Square on Sunday holding a sign telling of the kidnapping of three Israeli boys, and posted a video of the event on her Facebook page and Instagram account.
The sign read: "Three Israeli teens KIDNAPPED from their homeland –
Eyal [Yifrach] – Naftali [Fraenkel] – Gilad [Shaer]."
The three-minute video on her Facebook page shows her standing silent in the famed Manhattan crossroads as crowds of people pass her by. No one inquires about the sign; one woman snaps a photo of her.
On Instagram Atias wrote, "My heart is with their family and my mind
is with my country. ALWAYS no matter where I am."
Her most recent film, "Third Person," opened Friday, starring Liam Neeson, Adrien Brody and Mila Kunis.
