Electronic warfare systems company Elisra has stopped paying four workers who refuse to move from Elisra's site in Bnei Brak to Tadiran Communications' site in Holon.
Elisra is owned by Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT) and Elta, a unit of the Israel Aircraft Industries. Elbit Systems owns Tadiran.
At a recent meeting with union chef Ofer Eini, twenty other Elisra workers stated that they refuse to work in Holon instead of in Bnei Brak.
Eini, chairman of the umbrella Histadrut labor federation, promised to back the workers in their fight against being moved.
Bnei Brak and Holon are both cities in the greater Tel Aviv area.
Elisra's spokesman commented that the management has fulfilled all its agreements with labor representatives and hopes that the dialog with the union will resolve the crisis quickly.
