India Bars Four Israeli Couples From Leaving With Babies Born to Surrogates

Under the new Indian policy, surrogacy is only allowed in cases in which the recipient parents are a heterosexual couple who have been married for at least two years - so gays, singles and common-law couples are barred from seeking service.
