Last update - 11:15 16/06/2008 Girl, 12, leaps onto back door of thieves' van, retrieves stolen bag By Jonathan Lis, Haaretz Correspondent Tags: Crime, Jerusalem, Israel  A 12-year-old girl chased after a group of thieves and hung onto the back door of their van in Jerusalem on Monday morning, until they threw a stolen bag out of the vehicle and fled. The girl's mother had left the car to put her little brother into daycare on David Raziel Street in Jerusalem, when the thieves noticed the girl sitting alone, and decided to grab the bag from the car. T Advertisement he girl got out and gave chase after the three robbers, who went into a commercial van and began to flee the scene. The girl hung on the rear door of their van and startled the thieves, who then hurled the stolen bag from the van. She jumped off and the three fled the area.
