English prostitution ring part of trend trafficking women out of Israel

A newly exposed prostitution ring, which brings Israeli women to England, may point to a growing trend of trafficking women out of the country.

Meir Mizrahi, an Israeli citizen residing in Manchester, was recently arrested for heading that ring.

rafficking in women is not new to Israel. In 2001, the U.S. State Department placed Israel in the bottom category of countries ranked by their efforts to combat human trafficking.
