Rabbi under house arrest after 18 years worth of sex charges

Complaints of acts of sexual violence on the part of the head rabbi of Kiryat Bialik began 18 years ago.

But the charges never went anywhere in the legal system, and the only impact they had were on the personal and marital lives of the female complainants.

ut after recent complaints, the rabbi is finally under house arrest. The first woman who pressed charges, after facing ridicule for her testimony 18 years ago, is finally vindicated.
