ADL unleashes ads condemning Swiss energy deal with Iran

The Anti-Defamation League has taken out advertisements in major international newspapers and in leading Swiss dailies in an effort to draw attention to Switzerland's $30 billion energy deal with Iran.

The ads include a message to the Swiss government that, "When you finance a terrorist state, you finance terrorism". They appeared on Tuesday in The New York Times, The International Herald Tribune, The Wall Street Journal - Europe and The New York Sun.

Additional ads will appear in Switzerland in Le Matin Bleu and Le Temps (in French) and Neue Zurcher Zeitung (in German).

ADL is concerned that Iran's profits from the energy deal could help the regime to accelerate and complete its nuclear weapons program while providing weapons to Hezbollah and Hamas.
