Posters of Supreme Court justices found scrawled with swastikas
By Jonathan Lis, Haaretz Correspondent
Tags: Anti-Semitism, Supreme Court

Posters scrawled with swastika and inciteful messages were discovered on Sunday in Jerusalem's Kiryat Moshe neighborhood.

Police do not know who vandalized the posters, many of which showed images of Supreme Court justices.

Passersby in the neighborhood notified police of the incident and an investigation has been opened.

The police mistakenly announced at first that vandals defaced posters showing images of the eight students killed last month in a shooting attack on Jerusalem's Mercaz Harav Yeshiva.

Police later apologized for the error and clarified that the judges' images were the ones vandalized.
