Gazan gives birth in Israel at height of violence

Iman's story could have ended in tragedy, but has a happy ending. Several weeks ago, as the IDF launched a major operation in the Gaza Strip to combat rocket fire on Israeli towns, she crossed the border in order to give birth to twins at the Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon.

But Iman didn't travel far, and pieces of home followed her to Ashkelon. During her hospitalization, a Grad-type Katyusha rocket fired from Gaza landed right next to the hospital.
