(Reuters) Last update - 13:56 21/03/2008 Hamas man dies in likely 'work accident' at Gaza training camp By Avi Issacharoff, Haaretz Correspondent Tags: Israel, Gaza, Hamas  A Hamas militant on Friday was killed and two others were wounded in an explosion apparently caused by a "work accident" at a training camp run by the militant group in Gaza. On Thursday, a similar incident occurred when two members of Hamas' armed wing died and another was wounded in a blast at a training base in the central Gaza Strip, after the men had been handling explosives. The militant group, which controls Gaza, had initially claimed that the militants were killed in an Israel Air Force strike. Hamas later said there had been no attack. Advertisement Also on Thursday, Israel Defense Forces troops killed a Palestinian civilian near the border fence with the Gaza Strip on Thursday, medical officials said. The officials said the 60-year-old farmer was shot dead riding on his donkey near the frontier fence east of Khan Yunis in the central part of the Hamas-controlled territory. An IDF spokeswoman said she was looking into the report. Meanwhile, a Qassam fired by Gaza militants on Thursday struck a western Negev kibbutz. No injuries were reported, but the rocket damaged a building.
