The indictment stated that the father sexually and physically assaulted one of his sons for six years beginning when the boy was nine years old.

According to the indictment, the father on several occasions invited friends to his house and had them expose themselves to his son and coerce him to touch their genitalia.

On several occasions, the father and his friends sexually assaulted the boy according to the indictment.

In their closing statements, the judges said the father "turned his children into objects to slake his perverted, dark needs, even going as far as forcing one of his sons to use his body to service his friends."

The judges added that the father "defiled his childrens' bodies and souls, and forsook his obligation to protect and safeguard his children from evil...turning their home life into a living hell."
