Israel-born son of migrant worker faces deportation after mother's death

Seffi is an 11-year-old boy who was born and raised in Tel Aviv. He has never left Israel. However, he is slated by the Interior Ministry for deportation.

Seffi's mother was a Polish migrant worker who came to Israel before he was born. He had been eligible for legal status under a 2006 law granting permanent residency to some children of migrant workers.
