Bank shepherds By Mijal Grinberg, Haaretz Correspondent Tags: Israel, Maon, Taayush  Members of the Taayush Jewish-Arab coexistence movement were assaulted on Saturday by residents of the nearby Maon settlement as they escorted Palestinian shepherds to their West Bank grazing land. The activists said they had been surrounded by some 90 people, who physically attacked them and prevented them from leaving the site. The assailants also stood in the way of a police jeep that came to the victims' assistance, they said.
