Haaretz.com/Channel 10 daily feature for February 5, 2008.

Israel Postal Authority branches have begun selling Rabbi Kadouri commemoration certificates, which contain a personal blessing.

Such certificates previously have previously been issued for statesmen such as late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, but the renowned Sephardic Orthodox Haredi rabbi, who passed away two years ago, is the first religious figure to receive such an honor.
