Sri Lankan girl treated for cancer in Israel has no funds for crucial chemo

Yasmita's parents did everything in their power to bring their daughter to Israel for cancer treatments.

Having left their native Sri Lanka, her mother and father are employed as migrant workers in Cyprus, and when their 7-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor, they were told Israel was the only place where her life could be saved.

Here, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor as well as radiation treatment. Now, she needs difficult chemotherapy, but the donated money is running out.
