Last update - 19:20 02/02/2008 Four Qassam rockets fired from Gaza strike the western Negev By Mijal Grinberg and Yuval Azoulay, Haaretz Correspondents Tags: Isarel, Gaza Strip, Sderot  Four Qassam rockets were fired at the western Negev on Saturday afternoon from the Gaza Strip. The rockets struck the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council and the town of Sderot. Two exploded in the Sderot cemetery, and two of the town's residents were treated for shock at the Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon. On Thursday, Israel Defense Forces troops shot and killed a Palestinian militant who approached the border with Israel in the southern Gaza Strip, east of Rafah. Advertisement The Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an offshoot of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction, said the militant was a 21-year-old member of the group.
