The three men stormed the bank and fired into the air, before making violent threats and demanding money. No one was hurt in the robbery. The three men fled the scene in a Subaru that police believe was torched shortly thereafter. Police set up roadblocks in an effort to trap the assailants, but they managed to escape. Late Saturday night, two masked gunmen robbed a gas station attendant at a filling station in Umm-al Fahm, making off with hundreds of shekels.
