Last update - 05:40 07/01/2008 Postal Company to issue stamp to commemorate Gush Katif By Nadav Shragai, Haaretz Correspondent Tags: Israel, Uri Ariel, gush katif  The Israel Postal Company will print a stamp to commemorate the Gush Katif settlements in the Gaza Strip, which were evacuated two-and-a-half years ago, Haaretz has learned. The government approved the layout for the stamp several days ago. It will feature prominent symbols from Gush Katif: the yeshiva at Neveh Dekalim, tomatoes -- which were the main agricultural product, the orange ribbon that symbolized the struggle against the eviction and all 23 names of the Gush Katif settlements. The stamp will also carry a quote from the Book of Amos: "Never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them." Advertisement MK Uri Ariel from the National Religious Party, who heads the Knesset lobby for the evacuees, initiated the stamp's issuing.
