By Haaretz Staff and Channel 10
Tags: Finance Ministry, Bulgaria
Haaretz.com/Channel 10 daily feature for November 15, 2007.

The Finance Ministry refuses give Bulgarian-Israeli survivors payments it owes them, despite a court ruling ordering it to do so.

The plight of these survivors comes at a time of renewed interest in Holocaust survivors, following Germany's announcement Wednesday it is prepared to enter into negotiations with Israel over extra pension payments to Holocaust survivors.
