Students still undecided on whether or not to accept government's offer
By Tamara Traubmann, Haaretz Correspondent

University student union leaders were still discussing last night the compromise proposal made by representatives of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, and whether to end their strike that began just after Pesach.

The student leaders decided to accept the proposal in principle, but conditioned their decision on a legal opinion confirming that the agreement could be implemented.

Students at Ben-Gurion University in Be'er Sheva yesterday called on the student unions not to accept the government's proposal.
