By Nir Hasson, Haaretz Correspondent

Police on Wednesday captured Shimon Wahaba, the fourth and central suspect in the murder of supermarket security guard Yom Tov Duack.

The indictment filed in Tel Aviv District Court charges alleged robbers Shimon Levy and Ephraim Cohen, as well as supermarket employee Maor Cohen, with murder committed in the execution of another crime.

According to the indictments, Levy and Ephraim Cohen planned the robbery along with Maor Cohen and a fourth man who has yet to be apprehended, and whom the prosecutors called "the other."

Maor Cohen allegedly supplied information to the robbers, such as the number of guards on duty as well as the whereabouts and amount of cash on hand. The indictment said Levy told Cohen to wear a dark shirt on the day of the robbery so he would not be hurt.

According to the indictment, on March 30 at 1 A.M., Levy and the fourth man stormed into the supermarket armed with guns and wearing ski masks. They attacked security guard Yom Tov Duack and a second guard, beating them with the butts of their guns.

The unnamed fourth suspect then allegedly stood over Duack and shot him in the head at point blank range, killing him instantly.

The indictment states that Levy then ran toward the main cashier, spraying bullets in all directions and screaming "everybody back, on the floor, whoever moves dies," according to the indictment.

As Levy tried to take the deposit bag filled with NIS 800,000, one of the workers, Michael Supiev, jumped on him from behind.

Levy shot at him, but only grazed his shirt which allowed Supiev and other employees to take Levy's weapon and pin him down until police arrived.
