Star Night Technologies (TASE: STNT)  has won an NIS 100 million contract to provide night-vision technology to India, it announced on Monday morning.

The equipment will be made and provided by a subsidiary (80%), SDS, over two years ending in August 2009. By mid-2008, the Israeli company is to provide 35% of the contract.

Star Night had already received an NIS 38 million order from India's army, in November 2006.

The orders are significant ones for Star Night, considering that its year-2006 sales amounted to NIS 57 million.
