An indictment was submitted to the Tel Aviv District Court Friday morning against a 45-year-old father of 11, who is accused of raping his daughter for nine years and abusing her and her siblings.

According to the indictment, the father began sexually abusing his daughter, who is now 15 years old, in 1997 and continued to do so until 2006.

The defendant allegedly threatened his daughter, saying he would kill the entire family should she tell anyone about the abuse.

"I brought you into the world and I can take you out of it," he is alleged to have told his daughter.

Additionally, the indictment stated that the man beat his daughter when she tried to resist and, in one instance, even tied her up and abused her.

According to the indictment, in 2004 the daughter refused to have sexual intercourse with her father, and he responded by grabbing her hair and slamming her head against the wall. In another instance, the father allegedly fumed at the daughter for preparing nine portions of pizza for breakfast and forced her to eat them all until she threw up.

The indictment also lists acts of abuse directed at the girl's siblings, which allegedly include breaking dishes and striking the children with a belt and shoes.

The father would also allegedly threaten the children with a gun, and in one instance, struck one of the children with a coat-hanger until it broke, whereupon he proceeded to use another hanger to strike the child.
