3 Palestinians, 2 border police officers hurt in Bil'in protest
By Haaretz Service

Two border police officers were lightly wounded Friday in clashes with Palestinians during an anti-separation fence demonstration near the West Bank village on Bil'in, Israel Radio reported. Three Palestinian protesters were also wounded in the clash.

Several dozens of Israelis and Palestinians gathered near the separation fence on Friday for a weekly demonstration, in efforts to stop Israel from erecting the barrier that disrupts the lives of area residents.

Several protesters hurled rocks at border police forces that arrived at the scene, and they, in turn, fired rubber bullets and stun grenades at the crowd.
