Palestinians stab, critically wound Israeli Arab near Jenin
By Nir Hasson, Haaretz Correspondent and Itim

An Israeli Arab man was stabbed and critically wounded overnight Saturday by Palestinians in the West Bank village of Nazlat Isa, near the town of Jenin.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, the man is believed to have entered the Palestinian Authority-controlled village voluntarily in order to engage in criminal activity with the Palestinians. He was transferred to Israel for medical treatment by the IDF in coordination with the Palestinian Red Crescent.

In the wake of the incident, IDF sources reiterated the restrictions barring Israeli citizens from entering PA territory.
