The Tel Aviv Magistrate's court will decide on Wednesday whether to release from custody the owner of a Web site that allegedly revealed the name of a complainant who said MK Haim Ramon sexually harassed her.

Suspect Moshe Halevy has refused to comply with the terms the court had previously specified for his release. Halevy was arrested after he was tracked down by investigators from the national unit for fraud inquiries.

On Tuesday, the court decided to release Halevy from custody, conditioning his release on two terms: That Halevy pay a NIS 2,000 fine and that he does not surf the Internet for two months.

Halevy refused to comply with the terms of his release, and said if he is denied access to the Internet, it will mean a fatal blow to his business.

He also said that he cannot make the bail the court has specified, and therefore was not released.
