Haaretz.com/Channel 10 daily feature for August 28, 2008.

Police and volunteers resumed their search for missing 4-year-old Rose Pizem on Thursday in parts of Netanya and around the Yarkon River in Tel Aviv.

The case of the neglected little girl whom police believe was killed by her grandfather continues to rattle Israeli society.

With Rose's story remaining in the headlines and on the public's mind, some child-abuse emergency hotlines have in recent days seen a sharp spike in the number of calls they receive.
