Haaretz.com/Channel 10 daily feature for August 13, 2008.

Several months ago, a woman seeking legal advice set up a meeting with a lawyer. But when she came to see him, he says, it was something else entirely she was after.

The lawyer says he was convinced into having sex with the woman, who assured him she took birth control. One month later, she called him to tell him she was pregnant with his child.

ince receiving the news, the lawyer found two men who say they found themselves in the same situation with the same woman. They have filed a complaint, and should the case go to court, it could set new precedents on reproductive and paternal rights in Israel.
