VIDEO / Reservist pilots: Glamour isn't compensation enough for weekly training

Every week, reservist Israel Air Force pilots from across the country and all walks of life come to fulfill one day of reserve duty by training at a Negev base.

Despite the burden on their time, none of the pilots is willing to give up their training days. Many of them, in fact, are not even legally required to serve, having already passed the necessary age for reserve duty.

However, the pilots do demand to be reimbursed fully for the time they loose at work.
