With a little help from his friends By Hila Raz Tags: heftsiba, crime, israel  Former Heftsiba owner Boaz Yona is accused, among other things, of conspiracy to commit a crime, obtaining money by deceit in aggravated circumstances, false registration of corporate documents, forgery with the intent of obtaining money by deceit in aggravated circumstances, managerial theft, corporate fraud and breach of trust, and embezzling and concealing assets. Yon Advertisement a is also accused of assisting senior managers of Heftsiba to commit the above-listed crimes. These managers include Heftsiba chief financial officer Zeev Tenenbaum, project manager and Hofim comptroller Ido Yoaz, Heftsiba Jerusalem secretary Mordechai Natanel, Heftsiba collection department manager Ronnie Bibi, VP-marketing Udi Harari, finance officer Adia Ben Moshe and deputy CEO Freddie Algamil. These people are all being questioned by the police national fraud squad. When the police are done, the case will be transferred to the state attorney's economic crimes department, which will decide whether to serve indictments.
